Her hair looks amazing and very soft and flows very nicely so it makes the viewer want the product even more because they want their hair to look like that. Selena has her hand in her hair showing that she wants to touch her hair because it feels so nice, and silky. Also on their ad they show the bottles so the costumer will no how they look like and makes it easy for them when they shop and the bottle will stand out to them in the store, since they have seen it before. Also Pantene shows how they have PRO-V in there shampoo and conditioner, making people even want it more because they want there hair to be silky and full of moisture. People are drawn to Pantene wanting there hair to look and feel like Selena Gomez's.
